Portland native Vinnie Dewayne has been working on music since 2009, but 2016 might be the year his name breaks out beyond his hometown. On The St. John’s Scholar Vinnie reflects on his time growing up in the rough neighborhood of  St. John’s, all while keeping your head nodding over some soulful instrumentals.
